My Story

My name is Tracy Mulas, and I am the heart and oracle behind The Enchanted Mystic — a living temple dedicated to healing, ceremony, remembrance, and ancient wisdom. For as long as I can remember, I have walked a path between worlds. As a young girl at school, I read Tarot for my friends. My intuition spoke clearly, and magic felt as natural as breathing.

But alongside that intuitive connection, I struggled deeply with self-worth, confidence, and my own inner wounds. My healing journey began because I needed to understand my pain —and that journey eventually shaped everything I offer today.

My Path to healing

Over the last two decades, I have trained in many healing modalities to understand myself and to guide others: breathwork, energy healing, inner child work, nervous system regulation, ritual and ceremony, past-life and ancestral healing, temple body anointing, and psychic development.

Movement has always been medicine for me. I danced my entire life and later trained as a yoga teacher in Hathor Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini yoga. I went on to teach internationally, guiding retreats and classes infused with spirit, breath, and embodied wisdom.Alongside my spiritual path, I worked in healthcare and hospice care — supporting people in their most vulnerable moments. It was a profound honour to care for the dying and witness the mystery of the soul’s transition.

Since childhood, I have felt a deep connection to the Egyptian temples and goddesses — Isis, Hathor, Bast, Sekhmet, and the god Anubis. Their presence and guidance have walked with me throughout my life.

MY REBIRTH

In 2024, my life changed in an instant. A small fall down a grassy bank led to emergency spinal surgery. When I woke, I was numb from the waist down. I spent two months in hospital learning to walk again. The physical recovery was intense —but the emotional and spiritual journey went even deeper.

My healing toolbox — breathwork, meditation, inner child work, devotion, energy practices, and self-compassion — became my lifeline. This experience changed who I am, how I see the world, and how I hold space for others. It was my rebirth.

Purpose

My purpose is to guide others through their own remembering — to help them breathe again, feel again, and reconnect to their inner magic

Healing philosophy

Healing is not about fixing yourself — it is about coming home to yourself. Breath is medicine. Ceremony is sacred. The body holds ancient wisdom. Presence matters more than perfection.

Deep intuition, psychic sensitivity, emotional intelligence, Egyptian temple connection, energy reading, ceremony creation, and the ability to hold profound sacred space.
